How long will my order take?

How do I know if I am ordering the correct size?
Each product has a size chart available for you to make 100% sure you are ordering the correct size. You can measure your child and make sure the item will fit them.

Can I return my branded item?
Under no circumstances are we able to accept any branded products. Once the product has been branded , we are unable to return it to its original condition, therefore the item will need to be discarded.
Please ensure that you are 100% happy with the themes / names / dates you have selected for your item.

Can I return my unbranded orders?
Yes, you can. Please ensure you return your order within 7 days of purchasing. The client needs to arrange their own courier to our address in Parow, Cape Town.

If stock is sold out, how will I know when more will be coming in?
Please pop us an email and we will be able to update once more stock has arrived. hello@daedreaming.co.za

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship nationwide at a flat rate of R95.00.

Where do I pick up my order from, if I do not want shipping?
You can collect at our factory, 21 Junction Road, Parow Industrial, Cape town.
